Who is the Presenter?
Shane Etzwiler is currently the manager of Holiday Village Mall, but has over 25 years’ experience managing retail stores and over 20 years at the Senior or Store Manager level. He has worked with retailers such as Herberger’s, Cabela’s, and Hobby Lobby. While managing the Cabela’s store in Rogers Minnesota, just northwest of Minneapolis – his store received an award for best Sporting Goods Retailer in the Twin Cities selected by consumers via the Minneapolis/St. Paul Star Tribune. He consistently ranked as the top manager within the Cabela’s organization utilizing the Gallup Q12 employee survey measuring employee morale and engagement.
Shane was also a Regional Loss Prevention manager with over 80 stores, and conducted training sessions with new stores emphasizing customer service as the #1 way to combat shoplifting and shortage.
